Teams Self-Organize: Meet teammates. Plan strategies. Explore the city.
Note: Early arrival is completely optional. Many teams arrive Day 1 and jump straight into the party.

First epic party of three — COSTUME WELCOME
All Day: Last chance arrivals. Check in to tournament HQ.
For Day 1 Arrivals: Last-minute driving training available. Bring the tuktuk to the party.
The Portal: Walk through the portal into a magical world. The adventure begins!
Evening: HUGE COSTUME PARTY. Meet all teams. Free drinks. Maximum energy!
Costumes (BYO): Disco cowgirls, bugs, loony toons — the only costume we haven't seen is YOURS.
Note: Costumes welcome at ALL parties and ALL DAYS of the tournament. Go wild.
PRACTICE & PREP DAY
Practice with the app, bond with teams
Morning: Quest Book app training. How challenges work. Practice nearby.
Afternoon: Last minute decor and costume prep. Bond with teammates.
Evening: Final briefing. Rules. Strategy session. Tomorrow the games begin!
THE FIRST HALF
Where legends are born and tuktuks are tested

Morning: Big send-off. OFFICIAL START. All challenges unlocked. Go anywhere.
All Day: Complete challenges. Earn points. Follow spontaneous adventures.
Pro Tip: Don't blow all your energy on Day 3. You have 10 more days of this.
THE GRIND
Quest, sleep, repeat
Hunt challenges across the country. Every checkpoint is an adventure.
Book hotels on the fly. Or sleep in your tuktuk (not recommended).
Document everything. Stories from these days last a lifetime.

MID PARTY
Party #2 of 3 — Halfway celebration

Flexibility Required: Exact schedule may change based on weather, road conditions, and spontaneous opportunities.
Accommodation: 5 nights included (two in the beginning, two in the middle, one at the end). The rest you book along your route.
